Lanai Hat

This beautifully carved hat was inspired after a visit to the amazing island of Lanai in Hawaii. The colors represent the splendor of the island, from the Orange bill that symbolizes the pineapple that was the main staple of the island for many years. The blue drawing from Lanai’s Hulopoe Bay and the tan defining the tropical beaches that line the island. The hat is finished with layers of airbrushed acrylics giving it unique texture and a worn look, as if it was a favorite hat worn around the islands.
